Move-in monies, such as the security deposit and first month's rent – minus the holding deposit which was paid upon offer acceptance – are paid directly to our referencing partner, Goodlord. Move-in monies do not consist of any fees. After you sign your tenancy agreement (AST), you'll receive an email from Goodlord requesting payment. This is the only payment you will ever send to Goodlord
All move-in monies will be paid by direct bank transfer, as credit cards, cash, and cheques are not accepted. Depending on your bank, international transfers can take up to 5-10 working days. Move-in monies must be paid and cleared before the move-in date, so make sure that you have allowed for plenty of time.
Once the move-in monies are paid and tenancy begins, moving forward all rent payments will be submitted directly to PropertyLoop.
Note: We'll never ask you to pay move-in monies to any other party or organisation besides Goodlord (via card payment online) or PropertyLoop (directly via bank transfer or by card via our PayPal/Braintree Payment gateway).
If you receive any other requests for payment, do not pay and report it to us immediately as it may be a phishing or fraud scam. For the avoidance of doubt, and as a reference, all payments to PropertyLoop directly are to be paid into the following client account:
