You’ll know if your offer has been accepted, countered or rejected within 24 hours. There is no further action required on your end.
- If your offer is accepted, you will be charged the holding deposit and move forward in the application process to the next step which is tenant referencing.
- If your offer is rejected or cancelled, you will not be charged.
- If your offer is countered, meaning the owner has sent a counteroffer with adjustments, you may continue to negotiate as long as you need until you reach an agreement.
