If you are interested in a listing, you can either message the owner privately, leave a question publically on the Q&A section of the listing, or make an offer. Making an offer is the quickest way to secure a property, however, you might want to first follow up with the owner about any questions or concerns you may have.
Private Message: If you're interested enough to potentially move forward, send a private message to ask more personal questions. On the listing page, next to the owner's profile picture and bio, click Message Landlord to send a message. We'll notify you when you get a reply and you can always check your inbox for updates.
Public Question: If you feel like your question does not contain any private or sensitive information, we recommend you ask questions publically to help others as well. Scroll down the listing page until you get to the public Q&A section. In the search bar of that section, type in your question or keywords to yield results.
If someone has asked a similar question before, the results will populate. Otherwise, if there aren't any results showing, press Ask to send the question to the owner. We'll notify you when you get an answer.
Make an Offer: Use the box on the right-hand side of the listing page to make an offer on the property you're interested in.
